It's time to recognize that we are not called to do life INFLUENCING everyone. This is simply impossible.
I believe in following the model of Jesus by focusing on the 12 God called me to walk hand in hand with on this journey called life and have community with my 120. When we follow this Biblical example we avoid spreading ourselves too thin. This allows us to then IMPACT the 5,000 while forever INFLUENCING our 12.
It's time to figure out WHO God has called you to serve.

The lie of independence and self help culture has led to many becoming sad, lonely, and depressed because they don't understand why they are failing at doing this all by themselves. God created us for interdependence both on Him and with each other.
Don't walk alone. Be brave.
Build family and community in a world that tells you everyone is toxic and it's best to be alone if they can't submit to your way of doing things.
~ Learn healthy boundaries and how to respect others boundaries.
~ Learn healthy conflict resolution instead of ghosting or exploding.
~ Learn how to submit ONE TO ANOTHER.

Food is not bad, but what humans have done to it ~ IS.
I believe simple is best and healing can be found in our food. I have walked a decade long healing journey realizing more and more what I put into my body matters. Check out my Youtube videos (Coming soon!) on EASY life changes to start on your food healing journey. This will look different for everyone as we are not all the same, however the PATH to healing is a journey we can walk together. It will always be one step at a time heading in the direction you want to go. Slow and steady wins the race. Life is a marathon, not a sprint.
